Hole No. 6 | Par 3 | Handicap 12
Don't be tempted to take aim at difficult pin placements. The front bunker proves to be a tough up and down. Aim for the middle left of the green as it slopes left to right. Par on this hole is a good score
Hole No. 10 | Par 5 | Handicap 11
Get the back nine off to a good start with a par or better. A good drive off the tee will leave you with a tough decision. Fly the fairway bunker on the second shot and you could reach this green in two
Hole No. 12 | Par 4 | Handicap 15
Be careful with this short par four. Water down the left side of the fairway comes into play with tee ball. The play is a long iron or fairway wood off the tee laying up short of the water on the left, leaving you with a short to middle iron. On your approach, obviously long is better than short as the steep slope and water come into play.
Hole No. 16 | Par 4 | Handicap 3
This is a long and difficult hole. Elude the trees to the left and aim straight away. The fairway slopes right to left shaping the hole. The approach shot will leave you with a long iron or fairway wood. However, don't worry about carrying the hole, the green is unprotected in front and usually plays hard and fast. A bump and run should work out nicely.
Hole No. 17 | Par 4 | Handicap 1
Need two very big shots to get home on this long par four. Avoid the right fairway bunker, as it is reachable for the big hitters. Most will be hitting a fairway wood for their approach. Don't miss it left for the sand and fescue grasses will create a difficult situation. Short or right of green is good and chances for an up and down still survive.
Hole No. 18 | Par 5 | Handicap 5
The home stretch is a demanding true three shot par five as the green is protected with a ravine in the front left. Your tee ball must avoid the rolling fescue hills to the right and the sand bunker to the left. Your second shot should be a long iron or fairway wood avoiding all of the fairway bunkers and favoring the right side of the fairway. Once on the green, patience pays off as you will be left with a relatively flat putting surface.
